After earning my B.A. in Advertising, I began my career in Business Development at eBay and Yahoo, where I sharpened my skills in negotiation, marketing, and leadership. Those experiences gave me a unique perspective on the importance of strategy and innovation—qualities I found lacking in the real estate industry. That’s when I decided to make a change.

I started my real estate journey with Coldwell Banker, learning the ins and outs of residential real estate from the ground up. As a lifelong resident of Silicon Valley, I’ve always been passionate about helping people navigate one of the most competitive markets in the world. I saw an opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table and joined Redfin as the Silicon Valley Team Lead, launching its first office in the region and guiding a team of agents to success.

In time, I co-founded Elevate Group, a boutique real estate firm with a simple yet powerful goal: to provide a truly personalized experience during one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. With over 550 closed deals, I’m proud to have earned recognition as one of Wall Street Journal’s Top 200 Realtors in the U.S. My work has been featured in TechCrunch, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, NBC 11 News, and the San Jose Mercury News.

On a personal note, Silicon Valley has always been home for me. I grew up in Almaden Valley, where I met my amazing wife, and together, we’ve raised our two daughters. Like many families, we’ve gone through the rollercoaster of buying and selling homes—plenty of nerves, second-guessing, and sleepless nights! I still remember how stressful it was, especially when we were juggling decisions about schools, staying close to family, and finding a neighborhood that felt safe and right for our kids.

Now that we’re settled, we joke that our current home is probably where we’ll retire, just to avoid going through the moving process again! But when we’re not thinking about our next big move, we’ve found a new passion: investing in Airbnb properties. I love diving into the research on tourist destinations, bringing our vision to life through remodeling, and getting the bonus of enjoying these homes for family getaways.
